Daytime Postpartum Doula
Let me help you transition into parenthood with your new baby. Whether this is your first or your fifth baby new additions take time to adjust.
I work with your family to manage day-to-day tasks such as meal prep (in your home), light loads of laundry and dishes, changing bedding, and more.
Also during this time, I help with sibling adjustment to new babies, while helping establish new routines in the home.
I provide feeding and child development support as well.
This is your time to rest and recover, I am here to make that go smooth and easy.
A birth doula is a guide through labor and delivery. As a birth doula, I will help you go over your birth plan and birth preferences. We will meet for two to three prenatal visits, at least one in person, and the rest can be virtual if needed. As a doula, I will provide ongoing support during your labor and birth. My on-call period starts at 37 weeks.

Feeding your baby can be one of the most rewarding and fulfilling moments in parenthood, it can also be one of the most emotional sides as well (both good and bad).
Traditionally breastfeeding is something you are taught by your village. Through the last century feeding your baby has become a controversial topic. Through love, care, and support your feeding experience and choice can be a joyous one. Trained as a breastfeeding counselor through International Doula Institute I am excited to bring these skills to you and instill the confidence you are deserving while you feed your baby with love.
Nutrition plays a role in all aspects of pregnancy - from preconception, conception, through pregnancy, and into postpartum recovery and lactation. My participation will help you learn about safe eating, find healthy recipes, and work with you and your other professionals to help you stay on your aligned goals. I can provide this as a class with a group, or 1 on 1.
Fertility can be an emotional roller coaster; as a fertility doula, I can help you on your way through education on menstrual cycles, ovulation, access to sperm, and ways to conceive.
I provide emotional support, help track your cycles, I hold space, and so much more.
I help find resources including books, evidence-based information, finding fertility clinics, midwives, naturopathic doctors, and more - to help you conceive.
