MissSallyPD offers a one-day childbirth class where expecting parents can learn about the physiology of labor, meditation techniques for a calm body, birthing facilities, and an introduction to breastfeeding. This comprehensive class provides essential knowledge and skills to prepare for the birthing experience. With a focus on family education and doula care, MissSallyPD aims to empower parents with the information and support they need during this transformative time. Join us to gain confidence and understanding as you embark on this new journey into parenthood. This class has a max capacity of 10 people. Sign ups are for 5 people with a support person.
