We Went on a Nature Walk

Look What We Found

We Went on a nature walk in my back yard. Each child carried a bucket and collected things they saw. As we collected we used adjectives to describe these things. We collected hard, rough rocks; white, fluffy, delicate flowers; green, squishy moss. This was a great time for the kids to experience nature while at the same time building vocabulary. It was an amazing time we all had cooperating together to build our collection. Here you see a picture of what a girl we shall call I. found. She was very excited
