About

Sally's life long passion has been to help families navigate the ups and downs of life. She has been an early childhood educator for the majority of her life. She enjoys working with families to find natural solutions to problems through education, coaching, and managing self care. She is a mom of two, loves to craft, hike, and meditate in nature. She is a "back yard" herbalist, and reiki healer. She often brings in meditation or breathing exercises into her practice with families.
